Registration fee
2,550.00 EUR plus 19% turnover tax incl. the evening events (non-participation does not reduce the registration fee), the event documents and lunch buffet as well as coffee and soft drinks during the whole conference.
Company discount
2,550.00 EUR additionally 19% turnover tax for the first registrant, 10% off for every additional registrant from the same company.
Under 35 discount
Participants under 35 years of age receive 35% discount. Send us a separate registration with your date of birth and mark it as U35 registration. Conditions of participation
Once your registration form has been received, you will receive a letter of confirmation and an invoice. On the backside of the confirmation you will find the General Terms and Conditions. The conditions are an essential part of the contract between us. The registration fee as stated in the invoice is payable immediately on receipt of the invoice. For cancellations up until 18 January 2010, an administration fee in the amount of 200.00 EUR plus 19% turnover tax will be charged. If your registration will be cancelled without naming a substitute after this date, 50% of the registration fee will be charged. In case of cancellation on the day of the conference as well as in case of non-attendance, the registration fee will be charged to the full amount. Cancellations are to be made in writing.
